This 2 day workshop is for women and men who:

• love to create a space together for our voices and hearts to be opened.
• are interested in the transformation that can happen by using our own voices and breath work combined.
• like to discover an integrative method for daily life navigation.

Cost per person 240,- Euro (includes delicious and healthy lunch for both days).

We are limiting the group to max 15 people providing enough physical space. We will be sitting on the floor most of the times. The venue provides cushions, pillows, mats and chairs. Please bring your own if you feel more comfortable for sanitary reasons. Please bring as well water bottle.
